I’m Katie, a Reiki practitioner, Transformational Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher, and the face of Wholeheartedly You.

I am beyond excited to share with you the tools that transformed my life, deepening my healing and ensuring I could get to know, and learn to love who I really am. The tools that helped me to reinvent the relationship I have with myself to find more self-belief, ease, clarity, joy, creativity and love.

It’s been an amazing journey of self-discovery leading me to where I am today – working towards my dreams and helping others to do the same.

It’s time to step into your power too, and I’m here to guide you.

But you’re most likely here because you don’t see or believe this.

You may be struggling to like yourself, let alone love yourself.

You may spend much of your time caught up in your mind, battling self-critical thoughts, living through your fears, feeling overwhelmed by your feelings and emotions.

It may be incredibly challenging to live life to the full and be present. more often than not, you’re re-living the past, or worrying about what’s to come.

You may struggle to make decisions and move forward in your life in a healthy way.

You may not know who you really are, or what you want to do, struggling to believe in yourself.

You may endlessly worry what others are thinking of you, always questioning your worth and never feeling good enough.

You may feel lost, lonely, insecure, scared.

I know what it feels like to live as a shadow of yourself, where you feel like a problem that will never be “fixed”.

But it’s important to understand from the get go that the journey of getting to know and learning to love you is not about fixing yourself – because you are not, and never have been, a problem that needs fixing. You are a complex and beautiful work of art, perfect as you are. And your self-love journey is just that – a journey. The journey of a lifetime in fact, and one that will, in time, be fuelled by self-acceptance, self-love and compassion , rather than fear, shame and distrust.

When you open yourself up to go on a journey of healing and love, beautiful things will happen.

There is another way to the pain and confusion, a way that starts with getting to know who you really are, so you can learn to love yourself, wholeheartedly.

Why Reiki, Mindfulness & Meditation

I offer Reiki healing sessions, and transformational mindfulness and meditation mentoring and workshops.

Reiki, meditation and mindfulness have been at the heart of my healing and self-love journey. They have shown me that when we carve precious time out for ourselves – when we open our hearts to our healing, and welcome in support and guidance – we can experience transformational shifts within that have a ripple effect in all areas of our lives.

I remember my first Reiki treatment like it was yesterday. I left with a profound sense of peace, comfort and support – something I hadn’t really experienced before because it came from deep within me. It’s hard to put it into words, but it was beautiful, and completely game-changing.

In this space – in the inner calm that regular Reiki treatments created – I found the strength and inspiration I needed to move forward in my life more empowered than ever before. I began to see myself with compassion and love, rather resentment and shame.

Reiki gave me clarity and fresh perspective. It helped me to release emotions I had been suppressing for years, which I now know were negatively impacting on my physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

I felt more balanced and grounded. I began to live my truth, finally stepping out of the shadows of debilitating self-doubt and insecurity, into the sunshine.

Meditation and mindfulness helped to transform the way I see myself. My fears and self-doubt no longer rule my life – they surface of course, but we now work together in a completely different way.

Through meditation and mindfulness practices, I am actively cultivating more balance and inner peace, which has been transformational in all aspects of my life – including work, relationships, hobbies. Through regular practice, I have gained fresh, invigorating perspective into my insecurities, anxiety, and emotional pain. I understand the way my thoughts, fears, feelings and emotions work. I have gained invaluable insight into the depths of my being which helps me to move forward from a place of acceptance and love.

Life is easier, more joyful. I can finally be be me, wholeheartedly.

Don’t get me wrong – this doesn’t mean things are now perfect. Perfect is an illusion after all, and healing and self-love is the journey of lifetime. But when we’re connected to ourselves and our inner power, when we believe in ourselves, and have the tools to hand to help and empower us, we can enjoy the ride so much more.
